My name is Anuradha, and I am a professor by profession. I am a Hindi lecturer in Rohtak city of state Haryana. I live in a family of 10 people happily engaged with my family and their duties to the extent that I started ignoring my health. I used to take care of their health, diet, and everything. Being the only caretaker, I never made enough time for my exercise and diet, resulting in my weight going up to 75 kg. I never thought my weight would become an issue for my health problems. Time passed away, and one day when I woke up in the morning, I felt severe pain in my back. Hardly I could stand that morning, so I took an off from the college. I managed to take painkillers and got relief for a moment. Several hours passed peacefully, and the pain grew again.

My husband and I went to him, and he told me my creatinine level was around seven which was quite higher than the normal. I was scared knowing my kidney was not functional and that I might need dialysis for the same. But he said that I could get better with Ayurvedic treatment also and there was no need to worry about dialysis. I did as he said, followed every single guideline, and within a month, my creatinine level went down to 3. The next subsiding month and my creatinine went down further to 2.09.

Without any invasive technique, things got better, and since then, even my blood sugar level is also under control with no chronic pain issues and problems. Recently, I was going through a webpage, and I read a review under Karma Ayurveda's complaints.
